with the grade 12 tutors

With Grade 12 Mentors We ate food with grade 12 on December 14th .We ate in a restaurant called ‘Ciao Italian Pizzeria and Restaurant’ . This restaurant is at 193-2 Shigu road .I went with Winona ,Sima ……and the grade 12 students ,like Julia and Vivian.I chose this restaurant because I had not eaten Italy food before ,so I chose this restaurant. The restaurant is at Shigu road 193#.I arrived there at 7 pm. I shared a piece of Pizza with Jo ,because I think I can not ate the whole piece of Pizza .This piece of Pizza was made of mushroom ,ham ,and cheese .I loved this piece of Pizza very much ,because I thought the piece of Pizza was very delicious .I thought the ham and mushroom was very greenness and delicious. I thought the best parts of the piece of Pizza was the cheese .

I thought the cheese was very delicious because I thought I thought the cheese was very strange .It was full of Italy style . I thought the different food in this restaurant was also very good .The food in this restaurant is really very good .there are a lot of foreigner go to this restaurant to eat Italy food. The food there was different from the food I usually eat ,because the food there is Italy style. I thought the environment was very good .There are a lot of beautiful pictures on the walls. There are a lot of foreigners go there .The service there I thought was good .The waiters there always wear smile on their face .I recommended my mom to visit this restaurant.

Go to Exhibition with Ms.hadley's class

The title of the exhibition is WuWeiShan Cultural Figures Sculpture Gallery of Nanjing Museum .We visited there on November 4th .The exhibition was held in Nanjing University.
The most interesting piece of artwork I think is called ‘Lu Xun’ .The artist of it is WuWeiShan . I think this piece artwork is the most interesting because Lu Xun is a very famous writer in China .
The piece of artwork is made of clay .The shape of piece of artwork is rectangle The line of the piece of is very strong and hard .The colours of the piece of artwork are black and brown.
The feeling of the piece of artwork for me is strong because of the dark colour and strong line .The artwork makes me think about a strong and stubborn writer. The piece of artwork reminds me a thick and strong pine tree stand in a high mountain .I think the piece of artwork’s intention is to describe a hero ,a great writer . The artist hopes we can remember the person forever. I like this piece of artwork .You can see LuXun is worried about the future about the old China from his dark eyes. He was a big hero many years ago. He used his pen to attack the bad person and selfish government officials
I think other people can appreciate the artwork very well , because it is very creative .The feeling of the artwork is very strong and easy .The good piece of artwork can show the personality about LuXun very well. So I love this piece of artwork very much!
I think the exhibition is very good and interesting .I love it very much .I think the exhibition is very interesting because there are a lot of beautiful and meaningful pieces of artworks ,such as ‘sleeping child’, ‘Lu Xun’ , ‘Ma San Li’……… All of them are very interesting .The piece of artwork ‘sleeping child’ is very small but it is very famous . There are a lot of people loving it .
All of us took a lot of pictures about this beautiful pieces of artworks and people work there introduced the pieces of artworks for us .They told us the what did this pieces of artworks make of , the history of the pieces of artworks ,the names of this pieces of artworks ,the meaning of this pieces of artworks ,when did the artist finish them and how long the artist spend for it .
At the end of the exhibition ,when we would go out ,we met the famous artist Wu Wei Shan! All of us are very surprised and happy ! We took a lot of pictures together with he .After we asked the famous artist some questions about his pieces of art works . Then ,we went away .
I felt really very happy at that day because I saw a lot of interesting and beautiful pieces of artworks . I felt very happy also because I met the famous artist Wu Wei Shan .
I hope our school can organize a lot of activities ,the more the better!
