PERSON ACTIVITY
In this holiday, I joined a lot of different kinds of person activity, such as playing badminton, running, play tennis ……
I love playing badminton .I often play badminton with my friends in front of my home .I love playing badminton because I think this exercise is very good for our bodies . If you play badminton, you must be care of the shuttlecock all the time; you also must pay attention to the other player. You have to run, jump and try your best to get the shuttlecock. If you get a good catch , you may feel very excited .So this activity is very interesting and funny .When I began to play this activity , I often was the loser , I was not good at playing badminton at that time , but I did not give up . Now, I am better in playing badminton. I love playing badminton also because it is good for our bodies. If you often play badminton, you will be more nimble because of jumping and running .You also needs to use your strength to let the shuttlecock not fall on the round.
In this holiday, I often ran with my mother in the afternoon. I think running is a very basic activity. My mother and me often ran around the park in front of my house .We ran very slow and chatted with each other .We also enjoy the green grass ,green trees ,colorful flowers ,peaceful lake and fresh air .This activity not only good for our bodies but also good for our Promoting blood circulation If you do that you can feel very good .Running is good for your brain because when you are running ,you may pay more attention to the beautiful view ,your brain can be relaxed .Fresh air is also good for your brain .If you run in the morning everyday ,you can have more energy for you work or study the whole day .
Playing tennis is also a very good activity for us .There are a lot of people play tennis in the world because playing tennis is good for our bodies and spirit .When play it ,we have to pay attention to the ball , and we need use a lot of strength .If you don not stop playing tennis for two hours ,you must feel very tired .Playing tennis is good for our bodies because it can promoting blood circulation .You can be more energetic .If you play tennis every week ,you can be stronger and stronger . Playing tennis is good for our spirit because it can make us know team spirit .It also can make us feel relaxed .You can go to play tennis after school and work .It is really good for you .
Now, I know that sport activity is really very important for me .So I will do sport activity every day and at least half an hour.
